Project Brief: We’ve had the pleasure of assisting long-standing, family run construction specialists Mulalley on a number of large projects over the years, including Elthorne Estate – four blocks of modern apartments, totalling 46 new homes.
When tasked with the design and build development of the area by the London Borough of Islington, Mulalley sought our help to progress through RIBA Stages 3 to 6.
After completing a detailed review of Elthorne Estate’s design and layout, we conducted a number of noise surveys and assessments which resulted in a number of recommendations to improve the acoustic environment.
We then worked closely with Mulalley to implement a number of solutions.
