Project Brief: In 2022, The Shaviram Group appointed DRG Interior & Building Solutions to undertake the redevelopment of an existing office building in the centre of Hayes with the aim of repurposing the structure into over 110 residential apartments.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with DRG on a number of similar projects over the years, and our team of acoustics experts were happy to assist by carrying out noise assessments to support the planning applications, as well as ongoing acoustic consultancy to ensure compliance with the building regulations part E.
