The Isocheck Re-Mat Base 3, 5, 6 & 10 under screed impact improvement systems are designed to reduce impact sound transmission through all types of structural concrete floors where a screed floor finish is also required. If installed correctly provides sufficient impact absorption to place it amongst the top performing systems available.

Isocheck Re-Mat Base 3, 5, 6 & 10 comprises 3mm, 6mm and 10mm (for high load) reconstituted bonded rubber layer that has been designed to be placed within a masonry structural floor directly below the screed. Isocheck Re-Mat Base 3, 5, 6 & 10 have been tested to BS EN 29052-1:1992 and satisfy the dynamic stiffness requirement with a figure of 10MN/m3.

*When installed and accepted as part of a complete party floor construction all systems enable a timber floor to meet the sound transmission standards of Approved Document E 2003 and subsequent amendments in 2004, 2010, 2013 and 2015.
