Styccobond F3 is a water based rubber/resin flooring adhesive that has excellent wet grab with an early build up of strength. It is protected against bio-degradation and is suitable to use over normal underfloor heating installations.

Styccobond F3 is used in conjunction with our MuteMat® OSF range when adhering to absorbent substrates.

If anhydrite screed has been laid, the laitance must be cleared before applying any adhesive.

Styccobond F3 can also be used to adhere woven carpets to MuteMat® OSF.

FAQs

Versafloor® Adhesive is for use with Versafloor® 18mm, which is a cement particle board bonded together with chipboard to produce a solid and robust soundproofing platform. This adhesive will not improve acoustic performance, but will ensure the stability of the boards at their tongue-and-groove joints to create a successful floating floor And, it will also create an airtight seal. These properties attribute to both a strong performing separated system, with the reduction of air leakage, keeping in check the first two properties above.
