Project Brief: Located in Southend, Essex, Baryta House is a single high-rise building redeveloped in to 60 luxury apartments by DRG Interior & Building Solutions on behalf of The Shaviram Group.
Prior to the strip-out, reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing structure, DRG approached our expert team of acoustic consultants to carrying out Planning Stage Noise Impact Assessments, Building Acoustic Design for Approved Document E and UKAS Accredited Sound Insulation Testing.
